Eugene has made a name for himself in the Southern California medical realty community and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has produced new leases totaling over 350,000 square feet and continues to represent some of the top health care professionals in the region.
Stan Nowak began his real estate career in mortgage loan servicing and Collections Man-agement. In 2005, Stan began specializing in Industrial, Office and Land in the Inland Em-pire and Temecula Valley Regions. Since then Stan was directly involved in sales and leasing over 1.5 million combined square feet, and several hundred acres of land. While continuing to focus on Industrial and Office, Stan has branched into the Income Properties market. Currently representing a diverse range of owner/operators, develop-ers, investors and users spanning from start-up companies, small and mid-level property owners, under $5 million private equity to $200 million plus capital/equity funds.
Carey specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Industrial and Office prop-erties as well as tenant and landlord lease-hold representation within the Inland Empire and San Diego commercial real estate mar-kets. Over the course of his career, Carey has developed a sound business plan keeping communication and client satisfaction his top priority. Matt began his real estate career in the late 1980’s developing commercial neighborhood centers and mapping residential subdivisions. He has since worked in virtually every aspect of the industry, including commercial lending, syndicated investment, and real estate brokerage. Matt draws on his experience both as a lender and a borrower when negotiating loan work–outs, carefully articulating the clearest path to resolution for all parties involved. He has published numerous articles in both local and national publications, including: The San Diego Union Tribune, The Investor, Shopping Center World, The San Diego Daily Transcript, The Forum and Western Real Estate News. Rick has been in the business industry for over 35 years. He has owned and operated retail establishments, a successful construction company and has worked in financial planning. Rick’s understanding of the current market, combined with his vast experience as both an owner and tenant, allows him to provide superior customer service to his clients.
Rick specializes in commercial investments, Office and Retail sales and leasing. Tom Hanna, M.A., Ph.D. specializes in industrial sales and leasing for Coldwell Banker Commercial, Sudweeks Group. He has extensive experience in site development and land-use planning throughout the Southern California area. Tom’s approach is to: exhaustively research the industrial market in his chosen areas; understand the market dynamics and opportunities of each area; and then quickly and efficiently find the right industrial match to each respective client.
Tom has a Master’s in Psychology, and has completed his Doctoral work in Organizational Psychology and Leadership Studies, and employs his educational background in market research, market trend analysis and in his negotiations. Brenda is well versed in both commercial and residential real estate, real estate construction, commercial lending and property management. She has owned an Escrow company and an Appraisal firm and uses these experiences to deliver superior customer service. Brenda shares these experiences with CBC Sudweeks Group and offers her vast knowledge of the industry to her clients, delivering quality commercial real estate services. Nathan is starting a lifelong career in commercial real estate. He brings a youthful energy and exceptional work ethic . Leonard has been in the real estate and investment field since 1981 when he graduated as a real estate major and became licensed that year in real estate (sales), investments (series 7) and insurance (life and health). He has sold millions of dollars in investments in apartments and commercial properties.
Susan has a diverse background in commercial real estate as both a leasing agent and a Certified Property Manager. She has held her real estate license since 1986 and spent the first few years of her career as a leasing specialist. In 1996, she began her successful career as a property manager, working for local and regional commercial property management firms before opening her own firm in 2009. During this time, she managed portfolios well over 2 million SF, both office and multi-tenant business parks. Susan currently manages several medical office, commercial office, retail and associations in the Temecula Valley. Currently, she manages the Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group, Property Management Division. She oversees all daily operations and supervision of staff and accounts.

Alice Burris is the Project Accountant for Tierra Realty Services, Inc., dba Property Management Solutions. She brings 30 years of accounting experience, including 15 years in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management with local firms as well as Burnham Real Estate. Her responsibilities include all accounts payable, accounts receivable and year end accounting detail. She also assists with tenant inquires and issues regarding rent, invoices, etc.
